Returns Policy

The Baby Works understands that sometimes the product that you ordered is not quite what you were looking for and that is why we offer a 14 day money back guarantee from the date of receipt of the good. The refund will either be a payment into your bank account or a store credit and will be calculated as the value paid less shipping costs and surcharges.

If we supply the wrong product, or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged on delivery, we will exchange it for the correct one.

All items must be returned in their original packaging in a saleable condition. Should the packaging be torn and not in its original condition, a further surcharge will be deducted from the credit or the goods will be returned to you and you will be charged for the additional shipping.

All product or packaging damage must be reported to The baby Works within 3 business days from "delivery date". Please note the damage on the delivery note at the time of acceptance. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items being returned to us due to shipping damage or defects past this date.
